PD Goes to TAPA

Posted by Texas Paralegal Division Blogger at blog@txpd.org on April 14, 2009

Each Spring, all the local paralegal associations in Texas and the Paralegal Division come together at the Texas Alliance of Paralegal Associations to discuss the activities of each group. This year, the Texarkana Association of Legal Assistants hosted the meeting.

While President Rhonda Brashears attended a meeting with the State Bar of Texas, President-Elect Stephanie Hawkes attended TAPA and reported on the activities of the PD.

As always, TAPA was very informative and re-energized the leaders of each association.  The meeting was so successful that it was even covered by the Texarkana Gazettehttp://www.texarkanagazette.com/news/localnews/2009/04/06/paralegal-conference-rare-for-texarkana-22.php

We look forward to TAPA 2010, hosted by the Southeast Texas Association of Paralegals.

President Elect Stephanie Hawkes and Membership Chair Erica Anderson enjoy networking at TAPA.

  1. You both look so great. Thanks for going to TAPA…

It is always great to see the paralegals across the state networking with each other.
