PD Member – Pro Bono Survey

Posted by PD Membership on August 25, 2011

The Paralegal Division is focusing on Pro Bono service this year and wanted to know how our members were involved with the communities where they live and work.  A recent survey of PD members showed that approximately 30% of the membership is involved in Pro Bono paralegal work and 70% of you do other types of volunteer work in your community. This is fantastic! We are glad to hear that so many people are giving back.

We collected suggestions for future Pro Bono projects – keep your eye on the Pro Bono listings at www.txpd.org for options in your area.

Survey respondents were entered to win one of five gift cards valuing $10. The following PD members have been randomly selected and notified via email. Congratulations to:

  • Meredith S.
  • Cindi P.
  • Sharon B.
  • Amy F.
  • JoAnn M.

The PD would like to thank the following Sustaining
members for their support in sponsoring this survey:

Merrill Corporation
