In Memory – Wendi Atwood Rogers, CP, TBLS

Posted by Texas Paralegal Division Blogger at blog@txpd.org on January 3, 2017

Rogers, WendyWith sorrow, we mourn the loss of one of our own, Wendi Atwood Rogers, CP, TBLS.  Wendi was a natural leader.  She was a long-time member of the Paralegal Division, a past President, District 2 Director, and Paralegal Division Ambassador.  But Wendi was so much more than a leader and volunteer for the Paralegal Division, she was a champion for paralegals everywhere. Wendi had a long career as an exceptional paralegal starting in 1986, was an incredible mentor who helped launch the paralegal careers of countless people, and continuously encouraged others to volunteer and get involved.  Not only was Wendi’s professional life the best she could make it, but her personal life was as well. Wendi and her husband lived on a ranch where they raised their two children and cattle, where she was an active member of the community and served God.  She is survived by her husband, son and daughter, sister, and parents.  She leaves us with big shoes to fill in every area of life.  Although we will  greatly miss her infectious smile and positive attitude, Wendi would want all of us to pass on her goodwill.
