Posted by Texas Paralegal Division Blogger at blog@txpd.org on May 4, 2017

PD District 15 Friends/Members:

This is just a friendly reminder that we have our Bankruptcy Seminar scheduled on Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., at Kittleman Thomas, PLLC.. Scott A. Walsh, (Real Estate & Bankruptcy Attorney/KT Partner), will explain:

(1) What happens when a district court case is removed to bankruptcy court; and

(2) The difference between a bankruptcy proceeding vs. an adversary proceeding.

This is a free 1.5 hours CLE. Please make a great effort to attend so that you have enough of your required renewal CLE hours. Note: This CLE has been approved by TBLS for civil trial law and bankruptcy law. Come learn something new and show our speaker your support!

Although the Paralegal Division is presenting the seminar at no charge, registration is
required. Please fax your registration form to Edna W. Garza, Kittleman Thomas,
